Last weekend the Cambridge Roar welcomed the Mayor of Cambridge on Friday 19th June to cut the Roaring red ribbon and open our doors to the Watering Hole Two-Day Beer Festival, followed by the Father’s Family Fun Day on Sunday 21st June.

The Watering Hole Beer Festival provided guests with brewers of local Ales and Ciders as well as entertaining live music from Jump, a London based 5-piece band, a spectacular Ceilidh Band ‘Cyrraics’, followed by a Roaring BBQ for all the family. We finished the weekend in style with the Fathers Family Fun Day which included bouncy inflatables for Dad’s and children, food at the Roaring BBQ, a bar with a free print of Ale for all Dad’s and plenty of outdoor and indoor activities for the whole family (including sing-a-longs with Arthur Bear!).

A Roaring thank you to all our guests for helping up raise funds and to our in-kind sponsors for the weekend- Cranes DrinksMatthew Clark and of course Arthur Bear!
